    • Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
    • Returns/exchanges can be made in-store or through mail-in returns.
    • Final sale items and personalized/customized shoes are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are issued for returned items within the designated return period.
    • Restocking fees may apply to returns without original packaging or tags.
    • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, with funds returned to the original payment method.
